Please, please, please, any opinions on Carlisle at Summerlin or Resort at the Lakes?

If you do some searches on both complexes, Carlisle rates better. According to what I read, Carlisle is a condo conversion, which to me is still just an apt.

Thank you for your response. I have gone to visit both of them Resort @ the Lakes has an attacched garage which I like and am quite accustomed too. I wonder as I read the reviews on these different complexes how honest and truthful the poster really is. I have also taken the liberty of speaking to renters in both complexes and the ones I have conversed with like living there. Decisions, decisions. Thanx again.

Both are nice areas.
Both are reputable complexes (to the best of my knowledge).

I would probably choose the Resort @ the Lakes though. I think having a garage would be really convenient.
