Can someone recommend a good bicycle shop, preferably out by Summerlin? I'm looking for a road bike. I will also need to get fitted so I'd like to find a store with knowledgeable salespeople, as I've also not ridden a bike in quite awhile. Thanks!

The only one I know of that is decent is McGhie's on Flamingo and Ft. Apache, but I think there is a bike shop on Charleston called Red Rock Cycling or something...

Yeppers, McGhie's Ski Chalet...it's probably one of the best but probably the most expensive. There is also a good one...or at least there was...on Cheyenne at Rampart in the Pueblo Center. There is an REI store in Boca Park on Rampart and Charleston. They have knowledgeable people and a repair facility. REI is the best outdoor store there is.
