I'm anxious for the next few years in North Las Vegas. I'm hoping for moderate growth because around me is a lot of undeveloped land, and a shopping center like Town Square would be awesome in Aliante or nearby. Those types of retail environments do really well here.

^^^The newer part of North Las Vegas could use a shopping district like Town Square, it is the only area in Clark County without a decent shopping district.

Maybe but I would think the big piece of property at the 215/95 crossing is next. All properly zoned and all that.

First the Summerlin Mall then the Centennial Hills one...then maybe Aliante or further east.

I hope they get to the Centennial one...and if they could make a bridge on Deer Springs over the 95 so I don't have to go around to get to the library and YMCA. I'm not asking for a lot!

I'm glad in a few years there will be a decent shopping center in Summerlin, I find the place boring with the exception of Red Rock Resort. The nice shopping/dining centers like Boca Park, The Village Square, Tivoli Village, Rampart Commons, Fort Apache Commons are not in Summerlin but rather Peccole Ranch and Queens Ridge. Spring Valley also has better shopping and dining compared to Summerlin.

Hahaha, not really impressed with the area nor the people residing in the area. Nothing special!

Agreed. I really like Town Sqare, Boca Park, and The District. I wish we had something comparable out here.

The commercial center on the other side of 215 on Aliante Parkway across the park looks decent but could use more tenants.

Which side of 215? North or south?
