Joe, I am gonna second the call of BS on your posts. You say:

*You know 8-10 jobs hiring right NOW that pay between 40-50k/year
*There are "plenty" of jobs available in the NewYorkNewYork casino and As soon as you turn 21 a magical spot just opens up for you to be promoted at ESPN zone and make no less than 52k/year
*You make TWICE that(so, at least $104,000/year) in the "local gaming bar scene"

NO. Effing. Way.
I am in the industry too and while there are usually opportunities if you are hooked up and know the right people, you are beyond stretching the truth, you are either blatantly lying or have no real grasp on the reality of the situation.
Dude, you are going to get this kid to come out here and then he'll realize its not the cakewalk you are making it out to be and he'll end up broke looking for one of the "tons" of retail jobs you say there are, or his "birthday promotion" you say hes entitled to. Very inconsiderate of you, maybe you should just

You can always make your own job too. What areas of expertise do you have? For example if you can paint houses or lay carpet, have some business cards printed up and go out into neighbourhoods and look for houses that might need your service. If you own a pick up truck, go around and look for yards that have junk that the owner might wish to have hauled off for a decent price. Most people have something that others will value. It might not be a job but it can help tide you over and give you network connections that can lead to a job. For example that yard you are hauling the junk out of might belong to a Manager of a store or a hotel and you can let him know you are looking for a job while you are doing this and leave your name and number.

You are in the industry snow? Give me a clue on where ya work? Something tells me it is not a busy gaming bar where locals take very good care of their bartender and vice versa. And yeah...what was I thinking. That kid should probably stay in Florida and never try to better himself in life. Im sure there are WAY MORE jobs in the hospitality business in Okeechobee.

Why? We all pity you
Look at my post you quoted. You ignored the fact that you got called out by several people on your BS claims. Your lies and exaggerations are outlandish, especially when you straight up said you make more than 100k/year working the "local gaming bar scene". LOLOLOL

I do work in the industry, have a great job and because I am great at what I do, young, good-looking, and well connected, I could get other GREAT jobs in the industry if I wanted to, and am fairly well versed on whats out there.I know quite a few people who do surprisingly well as Bartenders/cocktail waitresses working local joints, but NONE do that well. I know what people make around town, so unless you hold down two of these jobs full-time, are skimming off the top, and robbing the safe every few weeks, YOU ARE LYING.
STRAIGHT UP LYING. To a kid who could base a move across country on your BS; you should be ashamed of yourself.

Or maybe I'm wrong;
Name these 8-10 jobs you say are hiring right now that make between 40-50k/year.
Name all the retail jobs you say are hiring at NewYork NewYork right now, since you say there are "plenty".
And mention where you work, because I'm sure myself and a few of the other posters will probably know someone who works there and be able to ask them if "Joe the Gaming Bar Scene Guy" pulls in 6 figures.

Hahaha I'm kidding. I know you can't do any of that, so just stop deceiving people, its irresponsible and insulting.
