I transferred from Company A to Company B and C. Company B's H1b approved with 94?
Several days later, Company C's h1b approved without I94. Can I work with Company B without going abroad and activating my I94?

The I94 is the departure card. What is important is the "petition", that gray form (I797, if I may recall). In any case, you have to adjust your I94 with the end of your work contract. You should contact your immigration lawyer. If you don't have one, you should hire one.
