I plan to form a branch office of my company in Spain.
I want to rent a virtual office for 6 months (first 6 mnths of my company's functioning in the USA). When my company starts, I would like to apply for an L1-A visa for me (still having the virtual office). After that time (6 months, maybe less), I plan to buy a real estate and change the company's address.
My question is:
Will I get the L1-A visa (intracompany) for my branch office based in a virtual office, or do I have to have a real, physical address?
It's a translation company, so we don't have to have a lot of space to do our business: just a desk with a laptop and internet.

Thanks for answers!
You need to have a physical address and lease papers etc.
