Good news for DV-2015 aspirants. Brushing aside all speculations that Green Card Lottery has ended, US Department of State has finally announced instructions for DV-2015 Lottery process. Nigeria citizens are now ineligible for this process. One of the points in Immigration Bill is abolition of Green Card Lottery but as it is stuck up in Senate, Diversity visa survives one more year.
