Thanks everyone. I will follow the procedures and see if I can get something organized. I know it is not going to be easy but I have to try. Nothing ever comes easy so a little hard work and a stroke of luck and good fortune is needed. Anyone with more Information or a job offer is more than welcome to contact me. Lol

try to get a physical therapy degree. it's funny coz i have a physical therapist coworker who's a south african national and has both SA and british passports, and of course now a US green card hehehe (he married a US citizen for the latter).

Take a trip to your local American Consulate or embassy telling them you would like to initiate the process of moving to America,i'll presume they will guide you in the best course of action to attain your objective.
