marriage (green card, lottery, F1, waiting)

My girlfriend has won the lotery and she has already sent the document to kentucky. She is waiting now for an interview. I am a F1 student in us since 2011 and i have a valid visa for 5 years. I am actually in the country for vaccation and mary her. I would like to know if i will get the green card lottery when she will be in US. Would be appropriate to do that. If i marry her now, would it affect her lottery. I do not want her to lose it. I want her To come in us to join me even if i do not have it. This is a great chance for us to be together.

There's no need to marry her at all since you're already in the US as a student and she's going to be there too.

You already will be together instead of having a "great chance to be together".
