I am married to a US citizen for 4 years now and I am a permanent resident since March 2011 and that is from the time i recieved my conditional green card so that means i already have 3 years and 5 months being a permanent resident. My question is, can i still apply for US citizen even though its over 3 years now? And if its ok to do it this month.

Did you have the conditions removed from your temporary green card? You were supposed to do that at the 2 year mark and if you didn't this may be a problem for you. This link may be of help:

Conditional Permanent Residence | USCIS

If you did what you're supposed to do than that link will lead you to answers to your question.

Then you're clear to apply. Good luck.
