Hi, my husband and I are going through divorce planning. We still good friends but as a married couple we do not match or get along well after living together for 7 months. he received his 2 yrs GC 3 weeks ago , so my question is how likely will the petition go on his favor since our marriage was out of good faith?
second question- Can anyone please help /show me how to file for divorce myself ? I am a student and unemployed as of now with long income.
We don't have any kids or properties that need to be split.

thank you

You might want to read this:

Remove Conditions on Permanent Residence Based on Marriage | USCIS

If you haven't been married for at least the two years of the conditional residency, the application to remove the conditions is rather likely to be denied.

Google, "(your state) divorce" for your filing options.

You can file ROCK after a divorce. Google is your friend to find an inexpensive option in your state as long as neither of you contests.

I must be blind. Even a Google search doesn't come up with anything relevant even without a "K".
