Hi, looking for some advice. My wife and I are Canadian citizens living in Vancouver, BC.
We have nearly got our green cards (through my wife's qualifications) for the US.
I have a good job in Vancouver that I'm reluctant to leave. My wife would like to work in Bellingham, WA, would it be feasable to live half way between Bellingham and Vancouver,BC and me travel daily to Canada? From a house in the US. We have nexus cards. Would I be allowed to do this on my US Green card, or would it count against me for been out of the country?
Anybody do this sort of thing already? Thanks for any advice.
Dale.
It should be ok. Were it me I would either make an info pass with USCIS or contact an attorney.
