I recently entered US using K1-visa and in the midst of applying for adjustment of status.I am having difficulty filling up the form I-693 as I do not have the vaccination records. All the medical examination results Was sealed and being sent directly to the embassy in Which i do not have the copy. Any idea where i can get the vaccination record or is it compulsory to fill I-693 ? The immigration took my medical records upon entering the United States.

The vaccination records were part of your K-1 package when you made entry. Contact the CIS office for clarifications. You may not have to do it.
