Old SSN, new visa application. (Canada)

About 20 years ago, my mom moved to the U.S, and, as a teenager, I followed her. I was under her name, and, got my own SSN. We never finalized my papers, and, by 18, I had moved back to Canada.

We are putting in a new application this week, and, I was wondering, will the fact that I have an SSN already affect this new application? Whether it is making it go faster, making it go slower...anything?
