hello everyone
I am a green card holder and am getting married to a girl who has a tourist visa to the united states. Can she stay in the United States after her 6 month legal stay on tourist visa, during which time her green card is being processed?...
I am in the same state. I am a US green card holder and my spouse is not. I would like her to move to the USA. Being a citizen of India the priority dates are too long. Does anyone have any suggestion on how I can get her to quickly move to the USA. Any lawyers etc that can be recommended

A lawyer cannot change immigration law for you.
Can she get her own employment or study based visa? Otherwise - apply for her spousal visa as LDR and adjust it once you have naturalized.
You have to file I-130 petition for an alien relative
The current waiting time for these visas is 3-5 years, during this time your spouse can only stay in the US for the period of time allowed on his/her current visitor visa. (90 days for those on the visa waiver program)
I would say a study visa would give her a longer time while the situation is being processed.
And once you get citizenship you can sponsor her without the line. Many routes, and may change depending on what is appears faster.
