I was convicted of a lame reason. I have insulted someone and got convicted. I am from Turkiye and almost no employer employs me. I am an industrial engineer, applied for 68 companies so far and any of them did not even interview me. It is obvious that I have to mark that I have an ex-conviction on the job application forms. Now, I have two questions:
- My conviction is very small, why don't they hire me?
- Do you think I should start to look for the jobs in Europe and North America? My guess is the companies in Europe and North America would care less about such conviction, right?
