We brought a relative from Ukraine and current help program.
He was setting up his account, 2 point authentication including, from Poland. Apparently, he used his then and there email for log in.
Now, here in the US, he changed cell carrier and has no access to that email anymore.
As the result, USCIS keeps sending him verification code to then there email, and he can't retrieve them.
As the result, he can't log into his account.
Anyone has a working solution for this? I see no way to email USCIS and their AI bot is useless.

Simple. KISS.
He inserted his old SIM card from Poland into his cell, that reverted back to being able to open those emails with codes and so it went.
