My husband and I went to Asia of the weekend (the restaurant, not the continent), and it was awesome! I am not a Chinese food expert or anything , but this is as close to the food I used to enjoy in Chinatown as I've ever had outside of NYC (Boston, close second).

It's a BYOB, which I love and prices were very good.

I've been there too and agree that it's very good. In fact, my daughter, who lived in China for a year, said it was the most authentic Chinese restaurant that she had been to in this area.

Thank you for the recommendation. The proliferation of low quality, all you can eat Chinese buffets around town, makes me miss some quality Asian cooking. For another part of town, one of the original Chinese restaurants in the Lehigh Valley, is still one of the best: Eastern Palace in Bethlehem Square shopping mall next to Walmart's (Nazareth Pike and route 22).

There may be a proliferation of Chinese buffets, but I have to give credit to the buffet on 14th and Allen. Ignore the ghetto skank around you and devour the crabs, mussels, flounder, and the desserts.
