What do you have to say about Lehigh Parkway neighborhood? Im looking over by S Howard st area? I read that yes there is crime in Allentown just like any other city but if you keep to yourself and don't bother with it your fine. What is your opinion about Allentown? I am also looking at an area on east side by Hamilton st? Think its Dutch Hill area. Any opinions Please would help

I don't see a problem with the 1110 S. Howard area if you don't care about schools, generally keep to yourself, and don't drive a flashy car. You can do a heck of a lot worse in Allentown. It is a lower income working class area. I think this address is right next to a gas station so consider if the traffic in and out of that and the lights would bother you.

I'd guess the Dutch Hill area is a bit quieter since it's not on/next to a main road like the other area you are interested in.

It's probably easier to help you if you post exactly what you are looking for in terms of type of housing, cost, what you want to be close to, etc. so people can suggest areas.

I'd consider it okay, similar to what John said. If you keep to yourself, you shouldn't have any issues.
