Hi all,
I am planning on moving to Lexington some time next year. I currently live in NY, so I can not look at apartments in your area.
Can any one tell me about the Phoenix apartments on Jennifer road in Lexington?

Thanks

I grew up close to that area. DO NOT MOVE THERE!!! Jennifer Rd. has historically had a very high crime rate. It has always been rough and remains so now.

Not right off but Transcript is in an area close to UK that has a lot of student rentals. I would think it could potentially be a noisy area but would be much safer than the other area you were considering.

Yes, the Jennifer Road area is a high crime area.

What price range?

I just posted in your other thread about Limestone Sq. I think that Limestone Square would be much better as far as crime goes, but you are smack in the middle of almost all students. Most likely, your neighbors will all be college students, and there are several times this fall that there have been some big parties there.

I agree with what everyone says regarding Jennifer. AVOID!

Use these links for help you. Lexington doesn't have much to offer, housing wise, to those with very limited means......sorry!
