Hey everyone

I know I asked a few months ago about these apts, but I finally confirmed that I have an apt there. Great price ( I think so anyway) $399 incl utilities.

Can anyone give me details about the area, and the apts. I have only been there one time, and had no real time to look around. It seems like a decent enough area.
Can someone give me info on crime around there.
Any info would be helpful

Thank You

Sorry I forgot to say where the apts are.

They are on Royalty Court, which is off of Waller ave.

See if this crime map works for you. In general, the Waller Avenue area is low-rent but decent, I guess. You will have some students, some restaurant workers, some hospital workers, etc. You should be fine there, and it's a good central location from which you can learn your way around the city. Enjoy!

Compared to your other choices at that price point, I think it may be a good option.
