It has QEII as the number one Non-government landowner but even the article says that the land isn't actually hers personally, she can't sell it and doesn't get the rent from it personally, it belongs to 'The Crown' which is equivalent to state land in other countries, like federal land in the US. So really I don't think it should be included in the list, only land that she owns personally which would be like 99.9% less than the total given there.

Correct, and on a personal level I believe James Dyson (of vacuum cleaner fame) now owns more personal land then the queen.
