Are there Community pools available for Port Wash residents (Hempstead: to buy, beach)

I am possibly looking to buy a hom in PW, and I was wondering if there is a community pool that residents have access to? I saw what appears to be a community pool in Manorhaven, but after what I read and have heard about Manorhaven, I don't know if I want to take my family there? Any suggestions?

First, if that pool in the Village of Manorhaven is a municipal pool, then it might be limited to residents of the Village of Manorhaven.

Second, Port Washington is a hamlet in the Town of North Hempstead and for the location of the nearest community pool, you might want to inquire at the Town of North Hempstead Parks Department.
