Any rec's for things to do around LI that have a Christmas theme?

Family w/kids coming from out of state tomorrow for a few days and I'd like to take them to some type of Christmas festival, light show or winter ice carving thingy.

Pref in Suffolk but not required.

Santa Clause at Smith Haven Mall. For $25 (the lowest cost package) you can purchase the right to take pictures with your own camera too
