Does anyone have anything negative or positive about living in these condo's?
How about the area of Roslyn Heights? Any thoughts / comments would be greatly appreciated as it is a consideration for our family to live.
THanks.

Roslyn Hts is a GREAT place to live. The whole area is my favorite place in the WORLD. (you are talking about L.I. aren't you?)

Close to the city but upscale suburban living with lots of amenities.

I have many customers fron the Summit. If you like snobby, stuck up neighbors, you will fit right in.

Ziggi, No problem, There are a lot of nice places in Roslyn heights, Real neighborhoods. Not gated snooty all flash no class neighborhoods, east hills is flash and no class for the most part. very arrogent, and socially ignorant. no manners. There is such a sense of entitlement it is astounding. Money buys the fancy house or condo, but it doesn't buy class. There was such a dispute of these spoiled brats having to walk 50 feet to the bus and not be picked up door to door. Why can't the nanny, or maid wait with them. ??? These kids are more attached to their caregiver than their own parents. It is so sad to see that. No sense of values taught there.ME ME ME that's the attitude

DecoBear, like I said we walked very fast away from the property we were considering--now, we found a beautiful community further out on the island in Woodbury and because we are further out we are getting a lot more for our money. We met a bunch of our neighbors and they are lovely, hard working, FRIENDLY people --- we are on the verge of signing contracts and are looking forward to a new life with nice people.
