Why do you have such anger? Is that necessary or just plain immature?
Are you a cell phone cop now?
You can twirl a pizza for all I care as long as you can still drive properly. I should have specified making bonehead moves while talking on the cell phone. Most are often driving too slowly as well. Like 55mph in the passing lane.
I can't see many Veyrons out on the road. Do you, down in VA? Fastest car I've seen down by you is a pickup truck.
way to take it to an extreme... even the Honda Accords & Civics these days do 125mph so it's definitely gotten faster. Speed ratings on tires have also evolved as a result.
Generally I think Long Island drivers aren't too bad (I've seen way worse all over) except for:
1. Driving too slow in the left lane and being oblivous to the multiple vehicles passing on the right.
2. Rolling through stop signs on surface streets.
3. Holding cell phones up to the ear. People so lost in conversation they don't even see me flipping them the bird. I thought LE was going to enforce this.
Its state law that the left lane is only for passing so both the slow poke in the left lane doing 50 mph and the person doing 100 in the left lane for the past 10 miles are both in the wrong.

I wrote that exact thing about 10 pages ago. This thread is beat to a pulp. The 2 protagonists minds sh'ant be changed!

But they are wrong for two different reasons. One for speeding, the other for traveling in a passing lane. Apples and oranges.
