I am looking for a company to do snow removal for my parents, who live in a private house in Merrick. I understand that some lawn maintenance companies do this in the wintertime, but I haven't been able to find one. can anyone recommend a good company in the area? Thank you.

Here is a website, but I don't know this company. You might try some of the local churches to see if any of them have students who need community service hours and you might want to try your local civic association to see if they can be of help. It is a major problem here on LI as the population ages, and kids don't live nearby the parents as they did years ago, Good luck with this.
