SMALL bathroom vanity - where to find? (apartment, buying)

My wife and I are planning a remodel on our ridiculously small bathroom and were planning on going the Lowes route, but we found that our vanity size 20"W cabinet with 21"W top is near impossible to find.
The only options we located were crazy modern and very expensive. We stopped at a kitchen and bath place who said they can make something custom, but it was pricey as well.
Does anyone know of a company that has options at this size? We are looking for a basic espresso colored cabinet with white (or similar) top.
Does it have to be a vanity? Is a pedestal sink not an option? Have you considered buying an old piece of furniture and retrofitting it as a vanity? It might be more cost effective as opposed to some of the 20" wide cabinets I've seen online. You can then go into a granite shop and buy a leftover scrap piece for the vanity top.

CKB is ridiculously overpriced. If the OP has a friend who is a contractor, they could get a better price. I wouldn't walk in off the street and pay full price there.

What is your budget? There's are 19"-20" vanities with tops at Lowes from $68-$99 but they're all white. The faucets aren't included so you can pick which best fits your budget unless you can use the faucet from your current vanity. If you're stuck on the espresso then I would suggest as another poster said-maybe find a cabinet that can be turned into a vanity. I like having the cabinet but maybe with a pedestal you might find more options. I would also check out the kitchen and bath cabinet stores, as they sometimes have great deals on floor models.
We had a pedestal sink in our old apartment and I absolutely hated it.
I have the same size vanity in my bathroom. Many of my neighbors have the same small weird downstairs bath as we do. I will ask around as I know some have replaced the vanity.
