How much should one expect to pay for a ready to move in 3 bed 2 bath 1800 sq feet house on a 5K-6K sq feet lot, one car garage house in Lynbrook. And what in your professional opinion annual tax bill will be?

$15k property taxes on a home with a market value of $800k? That sounds like a bargain. In my part of the Island, homes with a market value of $800k are at least $20k and going up.
