Neighbors washing car with water draining from pool and the cars are registered in another state (building, windows)

I'll tell you, my neighbor (the one who planted the green things), she is out of control. Just this morning she called and asked if I would like to ride into town with her and get errands done.....TOGETHER.......I could not believe the nerve of her offering me a ride like that. I'm no charity case ya know, I have money for gas, I have insurance, I have a drivers license........hhhhhaarrrruuummmppphhh

One thing I just recently noticed about my neighbors is that they have a light above their front door that goes on at 800 PM EVERY night and goes off at 600 AM EVERY morning. I've stayed up 3 nights in a row watching this light. I don't know if its some kind of signal for criminal activity or what, but I'm calling the CIA during my lunch break.

My neighbor keeps throwing away bed sheets. Maybe someone has a bedwetting problem, but it's queen sized sheets and not the twin sized you'd expect.

Interesting. My neighbor picks through my other neighbors garbage cans and steals the sheets. Nothing else.
