roof is roughly 1300 sq ft based on the dimensions of the floor plan.
he quoted 6300 including 3 pieces of plywood replacement and dumpster.
I will question him alot when I'm ready and get some other quotes to compare to.

Why would squirrels get in? there's wood under the shingles.
There's no way he will pull that off by himself in 2 days, let alone 1. If he does, I'd be worried.
1300 sq ft- you mean based on your living space? 1300 sq ft could easily equal 17sq.
What kind of shingles are you going with?

Absolutely not. That's why when you look for a contractor people always tell you "get their insurance certificate from their insurer".

Can you imagine what your HO would cost if it covered people who work in the home? And every Tom, Dick and Harry who comes on your property would magically find a way to have an accident - as my co-worker used to say "Insurance Lotto - ya gotta be in it to win it".
