Yes, very frustrating. We had compassion for this person, and we were trying not to have to go through the eviction process, but it could not be avoided. The tenant was not able to not able to physically and mentally move on. She became spiteful and damaged the property. We could not handle this without a lawyer. He even said it was one of the most difficult cases he ever handled. She is now getting the help she needs. Even though we were left with the destruction she left and financial loss, we were finally able to move on and sell the estate house. I just cannot understand with all the help the courts gave her, why were they not able to be productive and help her. She was appointed a legal guardian under adult productive services. It took a Marshall to remove her. Sad situation.
