My thought is that perhaps the towns should actually have paid employees cleaning the storm drains out of all the stuff that collects in/around them and gee, at the same time, they can apply these stupid medallions they have wasted $$ on.

The $30/hour garbage men are going home too early to do it. Only in NY kids. Only in NY.

Maybe those towns that need "community feel" should jump on this in the name of "community feel".
