Also- are there a lot of two working parent households in manhasset and sea cliff? Or do stay at home moms prevail? Also...husband is Jewish/atheist but I didn't think that would matter so much in Nassau county!
More two parents working in Sea Clliff than Manhasset.
One's actually in Plandome Manor on 2,700 sq. ft and on an acre. It's actually right on the Port. border so we are allowed to choose districts. Is it safe to assume we should stay in Manhasset SD? The downside? House was built in 1780 and will probably require MUCH more upkeep.
The other is 1600 sq ft in Munsey Park, 7,000 sq ft lot, built in '27.
They are both white, clapboard colonials which I really love about this town and I was shocked to find older housing stock in Nassau County. Especially from the 18th century !
