between my family and my husband's family we have lutheran, baptist, methodist, and presbyterian. lol. so i'm not too specific on the exact kind of church. neither of our families are very religious. it's something i've been curious about for a while so i'm looking to go to a service and see how i feel about it. i've looked at a few church websites but have only found sunday morning services.
Most R.C. Churches have Saturday evening Masses, that is why I asked. They generally start at 4 p.m. and the latest start time I am aware of is 7:30, but there may be others that are later. The Church of St. Peter and Paul has a 5 pm Saturday service but that is Roman Catholic.
There is one more centric Christian church that I know of, in Bohemia, that has services at different times on Sundays, including some Sunday evening services. The church is called True North Church and it's on Lakeland Ave, between Sunrise and Vets.
I've never been myself, but I drive past it quite often and it's always packed.

You've never heard the saying "I've never been myself"? It's a figure of speech, as in, I've never been there myself.
But I do appreciate the humor!!
Ummm, it's not really a figure of speech - it's a recent corruption of the English language. We have plenty of them!
