Hello,
I'm hoping I can get some information in order to decide where to rent. Want to send kids to three village SD, elementary schools..I hear that pecking order seems to be: Minne, Setauket, Nassakeag, Mount, Arrowhead but in the end I will be fine with any.

Is there a simple way to find out what are the areas of Port Jefferson that's zoned/marked for three village school district?

Is this a big enough area in PJ so it may give provide more rental options? More houses, greater chances of someone renting it out. Any apartment complexes in this presumably narrow region?

How to find rentals in that area?

We are a young family with kids and have been looking to rent in the three village SD, prices are on the high side so wondering if we can get a break by renting in the PJ area?

Thanks you for your suggestions.

Yes I have come to realize that it's probably just one Fairfield Properties that has units on Neal Path drive in South Setauket/centereach.

That's why looking to other areas that are part of PJ and may have apartment complexes there but still be part of 3V SD.

Outside of renting a private home, there aren't any other options within PJ that are zoned for TVCSD.

The apartments on Old Town Rd just north and south of 347 are in Comsewogue.

Apartments on Neal and Emily (both off 347) are 3V.

Another spot I thought of would be Oak Run condos off Oxhead Rd in Stony Brook. Just unsure if there are ever any rentals in there.
