Dix hills (Deer Park: home, schools, location)

Birchwood section Dix Hills. It's right below Otsego Park. Any opinions? Is it bad or good or just fine.

It's a decent area. Southernmost part of Dix Hills bordering on Deer Park. Nothing wrong with it at all.

Great area. Grew up there. Great for kids.
