whatever happened to morris school in rockville center (building, good)

i went to morris school in the late 60s to early 70s. i loved that school. every day there was a good fight outside. we used to play stickball after school every day on the side of the building. i tried to look it up but found nothing. can somebody tell me what happend and when it closed down?
