This is EXACTLY why my wife and I are moving from Massapequa to RVC. We loved walking our kids everywhere in Brooklyn; Massapequa is a much more traditional suburb, in that there's not really a lot to walk to. We went to RVC for dinner one night and basically decided to put our house on the market then and there. We close in the first week of September, so we're pretty excited at this point.
