I have seen it in some of the homes I've shown.

Does anyone have personal experience with it/have any idea of minimum cost?

People looking for a cheap way to rid their illegal basements of moisture get sucked in to the Wave system. It's nothing more than a bath fan, really... Not worth the money.

The Wave ventilator is just an overpriced fan the sucks humid air from the basement floor and exhausts it outside, and letting dry upstairs air come down into the basement.

I achieve the same thing in my unfinished basement with a cheap blower fan on the floor attached to an exhaust vent hose out the window. I either crack my basement door open to let dry air down, or open another basement window to let fresh air in when its not humid outside.
