In my experience, Realtors don't usually know the answers to questions I'd need answered before buying a house. Like:
Can we put an IG pool in?
How much will IG pool raise our taxes?
Can we knock out a wall / build dormers, etc?
Can we plant or remove trees from property?
Can we build a garage / second garage?
Since Realtors don't know, who can we ask? Call the town? Will the town take the time to speak with us when we're not owners yet? Do people just blindly buy houses without knowing this stuff for sure? (We get a lot of "I'm 90% sure you'll be able to....)
Only unanswered question is tax increase for IGP. Nominal unless your pool is some resort styled complex. Homeowners insurance goes up a fraction for the IGP, if you're smart.
I know this one. If the house is on Mt. Misery Road it was definitely spontaneous combustion caused by the vortices.
Many people in forums do keep saying abnout mt misery and that things do happen there and nobody do ask. Why do you say it and what is combusion and vorticies? People do say it is about pools? I am new in forums and I dont know abnout it but many people do say iot. Please say more about it and what happens and why does it happen? It is people that do it?
A question that sometimes drives me hazy: am I or are the others crazy?

Please say what you mean and what it has to do with it. You did say it and now you say others are crazy and it is not nice. You did say it so please say more.

Never rely on a Realtor to tell you anything except what it takes to get the house sold.
And that's not always to your benefit.
