Disposal of a few bags of fiberglass insulation in Rockville Centre (renting, construction)

I have a few bags of fiberglass insulation that I need to dispose of. Without calling a rubbish company or renting a cart, how can I properly dispose of it.

fiberglass insulation isnt really hazmat material.. I dont see any issue putting it out on garbage day.

Thanks for the responses. I was concerned because RVC has strict rules regarding construction debris. I guess I’ll try putting a couple bags out on garbage day and see what happens. Next time I see the garbage guys I’ll tip them. The LIE comment was pretty funny, I just want to do the moral thing.
