Who you calling old?
And besides, I make Brad Pitt look like Ernest Borgnine.
Why do you think it's "Hot" Karl and not "Average" or "Clock stopping" Karl.

Always college students looking to share a rental. If you’re near a university.

Back in the day my friend and his sister had all left the nest leaving an entire upstairs empty, which my wife rented. It actually went OK, but these were people that I had known for years.

It's like that All in the family episode when they rent Gloria's old room to that Hispanic Nurse Theresa. She was funny.

I have not personally done this, but know 2 people who have rented a room in someone else's house in the past, and it worked well for both of them. Check out roommates.com. There are a couple of other sites like that. Not sure I would trust a Craigslist posting. If you are by a college, they may also have a list of local homeowners willing to rent a room in their house.

If you don't qualify for your own lease, you shouldn't be looking to rent anything. There's your answer. Stay put.
