You are already paying for it in your taxes. I can understand a nominal fee, but to gouge people who have already paid toward it while, they have duplicative upon duplicative jobs in my opinion is like double taxation.

so I as a commuter can pay for a 400% increase for parking "so those using the resources can pay to sustain"

How many hours and how many days and how many fields are they using?

There appears to be 2 fields there.
At $16000 for 6 months (Apr-Sept) assuming 5 days a week usage at 4 hours a day, it comes to $47.61 an hour.
