We have called the 2nd precinct in Hicksville for events that were bothersome but not what I would consider an emergency. (2nd precinct in Woodbury, is for area of Hicksville North of Old Country Road, and 8th precinct is for homes south of Old Country Rd.)
You know what kind of response you get calling the precinct? ZERO.
Call 9-11. At least it's documented and they have to send someone to respond.
