I grew up with plenty of POS like him. There is no undoing the damage their parents did. Sad reality.

What I'm saying is that this guy probably got pushed over the edge from something that was likely also over the top for everyone around them. I'm not justifying his words, but who's to say how the woman was acting before and after this was filmed.
Not justifying this guys reaction but cell phone talking should be banned on all cars except maybe the last one. People using them are loud, rude, inconsiderate etc etc etc
