West Babylon S #3, any good?? (North Babylon: house, elementary schools, rating)

I can't figure out these school rating sites... One says it's a 3/5 star school another it says it's a B to a B+ schools in the area.. The house I'm interested is on Outlook Ave and it says "SD: 3", is that a good SD? I'm taking elementary schools/mid schools and high schools... Please advise. Thank you.

SD #3 is North Babylon SD
