Anyone have experience putting in an outdoor kitchen in the Town of Hempstead? Contractor suggestions, permit requirements/issues, setbacks, etc

Not looking to run gas, water or electric.

Maybe a dumb question, but what's an outdoor kitchen that doesn't have gas, water, or electric? A charcoal grill?

Permanent stone/masonry island with built in wood pizza oven, grill, etc.

Who knows maybe electric too.
