Today is one month in from the first confirmed case in Suffolk, a person out in Greenport.
The dashboard this morning shows 16,071.
Hopefully we are near the peak and turning down soon.
As of 1pm, 16,901
What I find meaningful with Suffolk's reporting, is the reference as to how many per thousand residents.
For instance, in Islip, with the highest number of cases, 4,186, shows the equivalent of 12.6/1,000
versus Brookhaven, with 2,753 cases and a ratio of 5.66/1,000.
Southold on the other hand has "only" 235 cases, but that's 10.59/1,000.

Remove Brentwood, CI and the 2 BayShores and you remove 65% of Islip's cases.....
Depending on which dashboard you look at, it looks like Suffolk has more cases than Nassau now.
