I was in Montauk for a few days at the end of June. Im not sure about the parks but no one is checking ID’s at the beaches by the hotels. You can walk on no problem

No there definitely is a sign at Kirk Park Beach, this summer at least, it is EH residents only. Hopefully its not permanenent.

bummer. If only there were some other beach options west of Montauk.
